    • Our natural white alpaca yarn comes from our girl, Estancia.  Estancia is our oldest alpaca, but her fleece still makes the most lovely, soft, white yarn!  These mill spun skeins were processed at Windy Acres Fiber Mill here in Michigan.  Each skein is 200 yards, 2 ply, sport weight.    Estancia's fleece is so beautiful that I decided to leave the yarn 100% alpaca with nothing blended in.  You'll love it! You can pick out Estancia from our white alpacas in the pasture because we have the shearer leave a little extra piece of fiber on the right side of her neck.  I usually hand dye her fleece and sell the batts I make from it to spinners and felters, but this year I decided to have it made into yarn.  Perfect decision!  This yarn is absolutely GORGEOUS!  Remember though, our yarns are made with the fleece of each alpaca separately so the number of skeins available is limited.  Don't miss out!
