Natural Fiber Cat Mat

Description

Our Natural Fiber Cat Mat is made using our own alpaca fiber.  After shearing, the leg and belly fiber from the alpacas is sent to the mill and processed into 100% alpaca core spun yarn (rug yarn).  I use this thick yarn and weave using my 18 inch square loom.  I love weaving using the continuous strand method.  Once woven, I wash and dry each mat to soften and make fuzzy which cats LOVE.   This mat uses our beige and light fawn fiber with hand dyed turquoise alpaca fiber for a POP of color!

Each Natural Fiber Cat Mat is one of a kind!  Handwoven with love.

Finished preshrunk size is approx 16 inches.
