Our Tribute Slate provides a long lasting memory of your beloved pet.  I have lost a cherished pet and suffered the pain of their absence.  My goal in providing a personalized slate of your pet is to help you cope with the loss as you move through your grief.

I permanently affix your photo to a natural slate.  I offer 3 different shapes/sizes, square, circle, rectangle.  Your photo will determine the best one for your finished treasure.  The charming fractured edges truly make each slate one of a kind.

These personalized slates also provide a great gift for that special person.  Turn that treasured photo into a permanent display.  Remember a loving pet in such an uplifting way! Our Tribute Slate will be delivered gift boxed.

Please allow 7-10 business days after the receipt of your photo for processing.

How to order a Tribute Slate:

1. Upload your quality photo.   A quality photo is key to a beautiful finished slate.  If you question the quality of your photo, please email me prior to purchase and I’d be happy to review your photo.
2.  Enter your email address – this is needed in case I have questions for you or to update you as we move along toward completion.
3.  If you would like a name added to your slate, please enter it as you want it spelled. ($5.00 extra fee)
4.  You may choose a font if you have added a name.
5.  After you have made your choices, please complete your purchase.  I will be notified and will begin making your Tribute Slate.  Once your Tribute Slate is completed, it is gift packed and shipped for you to enjoy.
