This provides us the ability to identify which alpaca the fiber is from. Legacy's roving is a beautiful bay black color - not quite black, not quite brown. Great for spinning or felting. This fleece we decided to have processed into roving so you could enjoy spinning or felting it, leaving it natural or adding some accent fibers. We process our alpacas' fleeces in small batches allowing us to identify the yarn, roving, or felt by animal. Several customers like to reserve the next fleece from the alpaca they've worked with. - Percys fawn alpaca roving is perfect for spinning or felting! This gorgeous roving was processed at Windy Acres Fiber Mill here in Michigan. Each of our fleeces is processed separately so we can identify for you which of our alpacas provided their fiber for the product. Left natural - beautiful fawn - dye able. - Estrellas Fawn Alpaca Roving is beautiful very light fawn in color. So very soft and ready for spinning or felting. We process in small batches so you know which of our alpacas provided the fiber you are working with. When we process in these small batches it does limit the amount available of any batch. I've taken a photo comparing the roving from Estrella and Percy so you can see how light Estrella's roving is - gorgeous! (and soft!)
